Quick Log
The Quick Log appears on the left hand side of your Whiteboard page. It keeps track of all the supplemental details of your day that may clue you into your daily workout performance. Fill out the quick log items by selecting the best that applies for each topic. You can do this throughout the day or all at once as you post the result for your workout.
You can then view your quick log stats by clicking on "View Report" at the top of the calendar on the same Whiteboard page. The goal is to gather information on important aspects of your life that may be effecting your CrossFit workouts.
