Movements

The "movements" section is located on the bottom of the Whiteboard page. They are separated into 3 different sections: mono structural, weightlifting, and gymnastics. These sections will be filled with the movements that are in the workouts in your To-Do list. For example, if Fran is assigned by your Gym Admin, "thrusters" will appear in the "weightlifting" section and "pull-ups" in the "gymnastics" section.

If you click on the actual movement (ie. Pull-ups) you will be taken to that movement's "history page". The history page contains all of your recent activity with that movement. You'll be shown the amount of reps you did on a specific day with a link back to that workout for more information.
