What is a weigh-in?

In the "log" link in the top navigation menu you'll find an option to create a weigh-in. Weigh-ins are your opportunity to track the effects of CrossFit on your body composition. Depending on your sex, you'll find different data fields for measurements designed to calculate your body fat%, total lean mass, and total body fat. Calculations are based on the US Navy circumference method.

You can also log a weigh-in from your Whiteboard page. Scroll down until you see the Weigh-ins summary box. Click on the "new weigh-in" link to record one.

We realize that weigh-ins can be a very private thing and have established privacy options in the "edit privacy" link under your personal drop-down menu in the header for those who wish to use them.
