I posted a result, but it says I did 0 work, or much less than I expected. What gives?

First off, make sure you post at least one weighin, and your measurements. This is separate from a weighin and consists of your squat, shoulder, deadlift, and overhead heights for lifting exercises. Without this data we can estimate some of the work done but you'll get better results once you post your measurements. We use a mathematical formula to determine the work done in each repetition of each exercise that you do. Since we don't have a formula for every exercise (especially those added by individual gyms) your work done may differ from what is displayed.
