Exporting your weigh ins to a csv file.

You can export your weigh ins to a CSV file by following the Weigh Ins link from your profile. Then look for the Export link on the right side of the grey bar at the top of the page.

If you need to go back further than the most recent posts given, you'll need to add more to the list before you click the Export link. Add more weigh-in posts by clicking the "load next 20 weigh-in posts" link at the bottom of the page.

These are the fields that present for each of your weigh ins:

  • DateTime - the date and time of your weigh in
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Neck
  • Abdomen
  • Hip
  • Upper Arm
  • Body Fat Percentage - either the percentage you entered or the one computed for you
  • Note - your weigh in notes

All of the measurements have their corresponding units associated with them, either 'in and lbs' or 'cm and kg'.
