How do I assign a WOD?
In order to assign a WOD for your clients to post to you first need to decide whether you are doing a main site workout or your own unique workout. If it is a main site workout, you needn't worry about creating the workout first. We add, on a daily basis, each of the CrossFit.com workouts. However, if it's a unique workout you are looking to assign, you first need to create it as a workout. Go to "find" in the header and click on "workouts". Once there click on the "create one" link at the top of the page. Follow the steps on the following page to complete the workout creation process. When you finally hit the "create" button your workout will now be listed as workout in our list of workouts.
It is now time to assign your workout as a WOD. Go to the "gym admin" page and click on the "New WOD" button located to the right side of the calendar. Adjust the parameters accordingly. Type in the name of the workout (if you created your own unique workout, make sure you type in the name exactly the way you set it when you created it) in step 3 and select the name from the auto-complete menu. Hit the "assign" button when finished.
*You can assign WODs as far back or forward as you wish.
