Exercise Suggestion: Clean Pull + Slow Pull PC + 4 sec pause @ knee PC + PC

Clean Pull + Slow Pull PC + 4 sec pause @ knee PC + PC

Without letting go of the bar, do a Clean Pull, then Slow Pull Power Clean, then a Power Clean with a 4 second pause at knee (in power position), then a Power Clean. Start all lifts from the ground. If necessary, take a second to reset position to ensure good technique. A touch & go is not necessary. Slow Pull Power Clean, is a slow pull until above knee in power position; then explode into a normal power clean.
