Back Squat - Time Under Tension

Get weighted bar on shoulders in back squat position. Do prescribed rep scheme while keeping the bar on shoulders. Do not rack or drop bar until reps and time are complete. (example: 1 back squat every 15 seconds for 3 minutes. Total reps = 12. Bar is on shoulders for entire 3 minutes.)
