Exercise Suggestion: Crunch on Slam Ball

Crunch on Slam Ball

Start on the ground, with your lower/mid back on the Slam Ball and your butt touching the ground. Your feet should be on the ground with bent knees. Lean back over the ball to get a good stretch in the abs, then lift your butt off the ground and do a crunch.

    Thanks! Actually, can you adjust it? It shouldn't be a weighted exercise,
    just bodyweight/reps. I notice that when I log it I have to enter reps and
    weight, but should just be reps.
