Kettlebell Squat and Curl

Athlete begins with grasping the KB by the bell or the horns. Athlete will perform a Goblet Squat, remaining at the bottom of the squat. Athlete will then curl the KB down, focusing on performing a good curl. Once the athlete has curled the KB back up, he/she will complete the squat, standing back up.
