Exercise Suggestion: 5 deadlift + 4 hang power clean + 3 push press + 2 push jerk + split jerk

5 deadlift + 4 hang power clean + 3 push press + 2 push jerk + split jerk

Unbroken complex of 5 deadlifts, moving straight into 4 hang power cleans then 3 push press, 2 push jerk and 1 split jerk.

If there is any easier way to program a complex like this, please let me know....but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

    I have added this complex to BTWB as:
    5 Deadlift + 4 Hpc + 3 Push Press + 2 Push Jerk + Split Jerk
    Let me know if you have any issues.
