Exercise Suggestion: Parallel Bar Support Swing

Parallel Bar Support Swing

Athlete is at top position on parallel bars with fully extended elbows and body vertically positioned. Then legs swing forward up and shoulders are kept still. At the highest point, althletes feet should be slightly over bar level. Athlete swings down and then backwards up. Ideally athlete is hinging at shoulders, not hips. This motion continues.
