Would like a way to exclude results from fitness level analysis

Just a suggestion, lots of times I go out for a jog with my kids in the stroller and/or my dog and I want to track that I ran 3 miles, but then it lowers my fitness level because I went slow. It would be nice to be able to exclude results. I thought it may exclude them if I assigned it as 70% of max effort, but I just logged 2 miles at 70% that drastically changed my endurance level (I don't have a lot of data right now in the previous 6 months so one workout will do that).

So if there is some way to do this that I'm missing I would love to know about it, and if not then it's just a suggestion for future releases.

Thanks
