Exercise Suggestion: 3 Parallel Front Squat + 2 Front Squat

3 Parallel Front Squat + 2 Front Squat

Do 3 reps squatting to parallel with the bar in a front rack position. Then do 2 reps of a full front squat, with hips moving below parallel.
