Recently since the new interface has been introduced we are having a problem with the way the workouts are displayed. When we put the workouts in we specify in where they should appear and in what order order they should appear but they continue to be mixed up. What exactly am I doing wrong after having no issues for several years with BTW?

    Jason,

I apologize for the trouble. Do you mind being a bit more specific? What exactly isn't in order, and which order do you want it to be in?

I can take a closer look then.

    Thanks!

    Jake

Thank you for getting back to me. I sent two files and what you will see is
that in the programming screen the order is mobility, primer, strength,
metcon and cashout. When you look at the screenshot of the calendar you
will see mobility, metcon, strength and then cashout. I am not sure why the
order gets changed up. I have tried adjusting the numeric order and it does
nothing to correct the problem. Please reference the Wednesday the 4th on
the calendar of the screenshots. [image: Inline image 1][image: Inline

    Jason,

Adjusting the plan "position" from the Plan page only orders the workouts that belong to the same track. It doesn't order workouts from different tracks. However, that doesn't explain why the WODs on your personal calendar aren't appearing in the same order as they do on the Plan page. It appears that the order of the tracks on your personal calendar "legend" is actually different than the order of the track legend on the plan page. See attached screenshot for more details.

Looking into this for your more. I'll let you know what I find out.

    Jason,

I have an answer for you. Thank you for being so patient.

The tracks on the whiteboard are displayed in the order you follow them. This means it could be different for each of your members, too.

If i UNFOLLOW all my tracks, and then Click "Follow" on:
-CrossFit.com Rx'd, then -Personal Track, then -CrossFit Weightlifting

My tracks on my whiteboard will display as:
    CrossFit.com Rx'd - Personal Track - CrossFit Weightlifting

If i wanted Personal Track to be first, i would need to unfollow them all and click "Follow" in the order i want them to be.

You can do all of that via the link below:

Please let me know if you have questions.

    Jake

Thats is exactly what happened. The funny thing is this only started
happening when you guys updated your user interface. But yes if i unfollow
and then follow again it resolves the issue. My gym thanks you.
