How to log the following workout

I would like to know if someone can help me figuring out how to log the following work out

Round 1 - In 3 min row 500m, in remaining time max calories in air bike
Rest 3 min
Round 2 - In 3 min row 500m, in remaining time max calories in ski erg
Rest 3 min
Round 3 - In 3 min row 500m, in remaining time max double unders

The score is the sum of the max reps at each round

Any advise?

    Hey Federico,

    Use the "multiple movements"=>"AMReps" template. Make it 9 min long. Add each movement and each rest, but leave the "reps" field for the row, ski erg and DUBs movements blank (don't even click the rep option). Continue adding the movements until everything has been added. Below it will ask for the reps completed for both the row and the other movements. Leave the rows blank but fill in the other movements with however many reps they got.
    In the notes he can add the exact description of the workout.
