What template should i use to create a workout like this one? The amrap templates do not give me the possibilite to apply the rounds i want to. Thanks

AMRAP 4:
3 rounds:
12 Deadlifts (95/65)
9 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
6 Push Jerks (95/65)
then
Max Calorie Row in Time Remaining

    Hey Marcus,

    You will want to use the AMReps template. You'll want to build the entire workou like thist:

    AMReps in 4 min of:
    12 Deadlifts (95/65) 9 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
    6 Push Jerks (95/65)
    12 Deadlifts (95/65)
    9 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
    6 Push Jerks (95/65)
    12 Deadlifts (95/65)
    9 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
    6 Push Jerks (95/65)
    Row cals

    If your planning the workout for a gym, you can put the specifics in the extra instructions.
