I did a 10km recovery run yesterday at a slow pace, logged the result and it has affected my fitness level. Even if I edit it as modified it still has retained my low level which is skewing my endurance score.
Any suggestions other than deleting it as I'd still like a record or active recovery work?

    Hey Craig,

    If you go in and edit and select "not timed" it will not go towards your fitness level. In your notes you can then put your time so you know for next time
