When creating a daily workout that is only going to include strength based movements, do you have to add a separate "Single Movement Workout" for each movement or is there a way to choose and include everything in one?
Appreciated any help.

if you do it from your desktop and you are an admin, you can choose multiple movements and then select "weightlifting workout" . If you are not an admin, I don't believe you have that option.

Do you belong to a gym or are you an individual? You have to be the gym owner or made an admin by your gym owner.

    Hey Mitchell and Crystal,

You don't have to be an admin for this. You just need to go to the Plan page to plan the workout first. You won't be able to get the "multiple movements"=>"weightlifting sets" template straight from the Log menu. Once you Plan the workout to your calendar, you can then log the result from that calendar.

Let me know if you have any issues :)
