How to log something like Regional workout 12.6?

How do I log a "for time" workout that is broken into varying parts that must be completed for advancing? Ex Regionals 12.6
For Time
3 Rounds of:
7 Deadlifts (345/225 lbs)
7 Muscle-Ups
3 Rounds of:
21 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
21 Toes-to-Bars
Then
100 foot Farmer Carry (100/70 lbs dumbbells)
28 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)
100 foot Farmer Carry (100/70 lbs dumbbells)
3 Muscle-Ups

    Go to Log (or from the Plan page) --> Multiple Movements --> RFT with Bookends (Buy-In. Buy-Out)

    Set first section to "3" Rounds of:
    Deadlifts, 7 reps, 345/225 lbs
    Muscle-ups, 7 reps

    Then set the next section to "3" Rounds of:
    Wall Ball, 21 reps, 20/14 lbs
    Toes-to-bar, 21 reps

    Then click "add New section", set this to "1" Round of:
    Farmer Carry, 100 ft, 100/70 lbs
    Burpee Box Jumps, 28 reps, 24/20 in
    Farmer Carry, 100 ft, 100/70 lbs
    Muscle-up, 3 reps
