How do we customize the drop down box "Section". We would like to have things like : gymnastics, cool-down, Olympic, etc

"Section" is not customizable. This refers to whether something if Pre-Workout, Main Workout, or Post-Workout. It's for organizing multiple pieces on your Planning Calendar.

You can use different Tracks for different programs, and also use Custom Titles for your workouts to title anything you'd like for your members.

When I was on Hyperfit Programming with Doug Chapman he had sections that
were labeled Gymnastics, Conditioning, etc. They were not titled... I will
play around with the 'tracks' thing.

Yes, those were Custom Titles set when building the workouts from the Plan page.

Daniel...attached you'll see old screen shots of hyperfit (first two
attachments) . I'm looking to do the things like he has like GPP, Gross
Conditioning, etc. Custom titles only add a title for a specific
workout (see the third screen shot...that's my custom title when planning a
workout, Not for a whole section.

Those are Track Names. My first response mentioned you can do different Tracks too. These are separate programming Tracks.

But you are an individual user. Creating separate Tracks is for Gym pages. If you want to do this, you'll need to make a Garage Gym page for yourself which you can then Manage and make Multiple Programming Tracks.

I appreciate all your help.. that did it. Couple of things I might
suggest if that's okay. A way of reordering the tracks once you enter them.
Also is there a way of modifying a workout once you've saved it after
planning? I could not find it and I end up deleting and rebuilding

You can re-arrange the order of your Tracks by Re-selecting the tracks that you follow.

So if you go to your "Your Tracks" page, you can manage which track's you are Following and Not Following. The most recent one that you follow get's added to the bottom of the list on the display. For Example,

If you are following 0 tracks, and then click "Track X", then "Track Y", then "Track Z", you're tracks on the ToDos page will be displayed in X-->Y-->Z . If you want Z to be displayed at the top, you'll want to unfollow them all, then Follow Z first before selecting the next two.

At the moment you'll need to Re-build the workout if there was a mistake in the original. We have plans for allowing admins to Edit already planned workouts, but we'll keep you posted on that :)

Just letting you know that there is something screwy when you try to build
an EMOM of : Single Arm Db Squat Snatch

You can't build and EMOM....when you choose "on the minute" it talks about
    distance.....

I fixed that up for you. For some reason the Posting Trait for that movement was set as a Monostructural->Distance item. Should work correctly now!

Just letting you know that Single Movement > Assault Bike (regular, not
calories) is doing the same thing with regard to a "distance"

Hate to bug you on this one....but how would you program :

Every 3 mins for 30:00 mins 20 assault bike calories. Be able to log how
long it takes to do the 20 calories.

What is the issue with "Assault Bike" ? This is a distance movement, so it's working properly.

EMOM's normally aren't scored "For Time", and are classically used as a "complete the work in this time, and you can rest however much time you have left", which is why there's no Time Entry for EMOM's (at the moment) Sorry about that. Normally this would be a "Each Round For Time" sort of workout, but this requires a set amount of rest between workouts.

You could still use the EMOM format but just mention your splits in the Notes if that helps?

    Daniel,

Thanks again for the help. Really appreciate it. Maybe a suggestion for
those drop downs might be 'calories' for this case?

"Assault Bike Calories" is the partner movement to use if you're doing Calories. With this movement, Reps = Calories. Much like "Row" and "Row Calories" :)
