Hi, I am not bale to cancel my subscription, can you help please?

    Are you looking to cancel your personal individual subscription, or your gym's subscription?

    I've canceled your gym subscription. If anyone in your gym still wants to use their account, they'll have to start their own individual paying subscription. Please let me know if you'll need anything else.

    Also, would you mind providing some feedback on your experiences with the site? Anything you can give would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

    Hi Jake,

    No problem, the only reason for cancellation was because we are using a different system. The product itself is great.

    I have re subscribed for the box and wanting to use btwb long term.

    I have signed up so far for basic subscription, I am trailing it with a few members but they are being asked to pay/ subscribe? Can you help out.

    As a gym, you can send an invite to your members by using their email address on the Invites page, or you can create an Open Link to share with your members that will allow them to create their own accounts directly under your gym page.

    Those two options above don't require your members to enter a card and pick a subscription. If someone tries to sign-up as an individual, they will be required to pick a monthly or yearly subscription first. This starts them on a free 30-day trial and aren't actually charged, which lets them then request to Associate their accounts to your gym page. Once accepted by you, their "subscription" they picked is cancelled since it's not needed anymore.

    Let us know if there's any issues

    If they're under your gym page already, they shouldn't need to setup a subscription since you have the Gym Basic subscription set.

    Do you know which members say they're being asked for a subscription so we can check their account? Thank you!

    After digging around, it looks like there was a problem on our end with the subscription linking. We're fixing it right now, should be ready to go in a second. I'll let you know!
