Signed up for Comp Train but wrong subscription, need to change and not getting any responses from emails...

Hey guys, firstly I want to say great sight but also feeling a lack of support, I've sent maybe 4 emails over the past 3 days now and not a single one has been answered...?!

I've signed up for Comp Train subscription at $10 a month and its the wrong one, I want to switch to the Comp Train normal not the class which is what I currently have accesss to but I don't want to resubscribe and therefore pay another $10 for this month.

I would assume it is a click of a few buttons for someone internally but can't seem to get any response from anyone or any support channels?! HELP!?!

    Sorry for the delay in response. We do not have anyone working over the weekend. However we will normally get back to you within 24hrs or less Monday through Friday. Sorry again for the delay.
