Hi,

I've been to many cf box's and there is a common theme od doing wods with reversing rep schemes. For instance...

1 wall ball, 10 burpee, 2 wallball, 9 burpee, 3 wallball, 8 burpee....

in essence: 12345678910, and the other movement 10987654321 all for time.

Is there an option to do this on BTWB or am I missing something?

Today in the box the wod was 15-12-9-6-3 deadlift but also 40-24-18-12-6 sit-up. I cant see the option for this? Surely allowing another line for alternating reps would be easy enough?

cheers

    Paul,

Yes, these workouts are super easy. Go to "log" in the header and click on "workout". Then on "multiple movements"=>"RFT Independent Varying Reps". Change the rounds to 5, add each movement, then it'll ask you to set the reps.

I've attached some screenshots for reference.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

    Jake
